Client Account Manager (f/m/d)

Your area of work:


The area is responsible for: Protecting and developing the revenue generated from Clearstream’s global clientbase in over 110 countries and across more than 1,000 client relationships; Managing global client relationshipsacross Clearstream through our network of international offices; Working with colleagues across Deutsche BörseGroup to coordinate our strategic Group relationships.


Your responsibilities:


  • The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after existing customers in Northern Europe by offering the best support and solutions in line with their business requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure maximum satisfaction and loyalty
  • Effectively handle client queries
  • Promptly address and work to solve any concerns that clients may have
  • Analyse and monitor customers’ financial performance and business model to identify trends and insights
  • Support projects in the organization to ensure client information and readiness
  • Support and involve Clearstream Senior Management in their aim to strengthen the company relations with its clients
  • Work closely with the respective Relationship & Sales Manager to achieve common targets


Your profile:


  • University degree in business studies or comparable qualification
  • Sales and Relationship Management experience in securities services or similar
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
  • Goal oriented, organised, team player and customer focussed
  • Competitor overview and market knowledge
  • Knowledge of Clearstream products and services
  • Willingness to travel
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and French.
  • Any further language spoken in Northern Europe would be considered being an advantage


Dedication, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile. The knowledge of CRM systems, such as C4, would also be considered as an advantage.
