Your Role

Within the Partner & Client Services department (Global Private Wealth), you proactively assist the team in the daily processing of client requests relating to the administration of life insurance contracts with a focus on the International Markets. You are to provide full support in the daily contract administration, while meeting high compliance standards and following strict processes and deadlines.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Accurate and timely processing of policy transactions, servicing and query resolution during the life cycle of a policy, including document management
  • Being the point of contact for partner and client queries
  • Follow up and response in a professional and timely manner
  • Proactively support our clients, our partners and our sales team
  • Analysing partners and client’s requests by applying AML and KYC procedures
  • Follow up on the onboarding of new business together with our partners and sales
  • Take ownership on special projects, tasks, etc. assigned to you


Your Profile

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the Financial or Insurance sector, more senior profiles are welcome
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting or finance or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Business Fluent English. Any other European language is an asset
  • Client service focus and solution oriented
  • Strong prioritisation skills and flexibility in a fast paced environment
  • Highly accurate, decisive, and capable of working independently
  • Team player with excellent organisational skills
  • Able to maintain positive relationships in chal
