In this role, you will provide continuous support to clients regarding the proper usage of the software in close cooperation with other consultants and the development team.

For the Senior Business Consultant position, we expect you to:
- Work closely with the stakeholders to elicit, document, prioritize, analyze, and validate business needs and solution requirements
- Assist the Project/Release Manager to maintain the product and iteration backlogs
- Support the relevant stakeholders with decision-making
- Prepare and maintain the software requirement specification
- Organize and facilitate workshops (on-site or online)
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis
- Work with teams of Analysts, Developers, Testers, etc. to ensure a common understanding of the needs, sufficient quality and appropriate coverage of test cases, and a sound technical design supporting the defined requirements
- Produce and maintain business analysis outputs, including use cases, requirements, mock-ups, user stories, and data models
- Verify and validate requirements and manage requirements traceability
- Produce IT technical documentation in the context of Proof of Concepts and Feasibility Studies
- Review and edit technical documentation authored by others
- Write and maintain technical and end-user documentation for information systems during and after their development
- Verify the technical and end-user documentation against applications
- Work with Agile Project Management tools/DevOps platform (e.g., Azure DevOps)
Requirements:
What do you need to succeed in this position?
Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relative discipline
- At least five years of experience in a similar position
- Banking sector experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in SQL Server, MS TFS, JIRA
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Outstanding communications skills, with strong customer service orientation
- Career motivation and a willingness to continue to further knowledge and skill
- Excellent written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of French would be considered as asset
