About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Junior Controller for Hazelnut Company.
The scope of the role will focus on Procurement processes within Finance department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic, fast paced, and international environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your analytical mindset and attention to detail, you will support financial closing activities in accordance with corporate guidelines and accounting standards. You will collect, consolidate, and review financial data from all Hazelnut Company entities to ensure consistency and reliability across reports.
You will assist in preparing and analyzing management reports, monitor actual versus budget results, and provide variance analyses that support decision-making.
You will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities, helping to maintain a clear financial overview of the organization.
Thanks to your ability to work with digital tools, you will create and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to improve data visibility. You will ensure the accuracy of information in ERP and reporting systems and identify opportunities to refine reporting processes and strengthen financial controls.
Who we are looking for:
Thanks to your background in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, and 1–3 years of experience in controlling, reporting, or FP&A, you will bring a sound understanding of financial statements and reporting standards.
Experience within the FMCG sector will be considered an advantage.
You will rely on your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with proficiency in Excel and Power BI, to manage, analyze, and present financial data effectively. Your familiarity with ERP systems—ideally SAP—will support accurate and efficient data handling.
Thanks to your communication skills and collaborative mindset, you will work effectively within cross-functional teams. Your structured and solution-oriented approach will help maintain clear reporting processes and contribute to continuous improvement across the finance function.
