IT Business Analyst (m/f/n)


Your tasks

 

  • You collect, qualify and prioritize project opportunities from Business and ensure the continuous improvement of our existing process
  • You support the development and implementation of new services and assist the users in the definition and transcription of their processes in ARIS
  • You collect, qualify and prioritize demands from Business and translate those needs into structured and detailed business requirements
  • You prepare and coordinate the testing phase to ensure that all requirements are incorporated in the solution
  • You ensure that process executors are trained and that documentation describing the way to operate the solution from a Business and an IT point of view is provided 

 

Your profile

 

  • University Degree in Information Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
  • You have a first experience in business analysis and/or process modelling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high degree of self-motivation
  • You show entrepreneurship and are results-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills and a strong problem-solving ability
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German; Luxemburgish is considered as an asset
