We are delighted to introduce you to a well-established PFS, founded almost 12 years ago, which is looking for a new Corporate Officer. The structure is in a strategic location next to numerous restaurants, grocery, shops. There is a P+R close to the office, and you can also use public transports easily. The offices are brand new and will offer you all the space that you need for evolving in a team which is growing since the beginning. Indeed, our client’s portfolio is substantial and keeps increasing. Today they work mostly with SOPARFI, SPV and Holdings.

Your Responsibilities - PSF - Corporate Officer - Legal

• You will manage a financial portfolio mainly composed of SOPARFIs, SPVs and Holdings from the creation to the dissolution.
• You will provide support to the compliance team (KYC/AML) under supervision.
• As Corporate Officer, you will advise your clients in their daily questions about their portfolio.
• You will draft minutes, boarding resolutions, and all other necessary documents.
• You may be requested to organize clients board meetings.
  
  

Profile and Career Path - PSF - Corporate Officer - Legal

• Your legal/corporate’s knowledge are strong enough to take care of your client’s needs independently.
• You have excellent organizational skills and can manage different clients to ensure the respect of the different deadlines.
• You work since at least 3 years with financial customers. It will help you be more comfortable in your position and faster to understand the company’s needs. If you already worked with funds, it will be considered an asset.
• You must be fluent in both French and English for operating within an international environment either with your clients and your team, fluency in Italian can be an asset.
