To support its activities, the firm is now looking for a German-speaking Accountant to join on a part-time basis, between 50% and 70%, offering the opportunity to develop within a specialised real estate investment environment while benefiting from genuine flexibility.

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Accountant – Financial - Luxembourg

• Manage the accounting of a portfolio of companies linked to the firm's real estate investments.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Monitor financial transactions and bank accounts, and perform regular reconciliations.
• Assist with the preparation of annual accounts and financial reporting for the entities under your responsibility.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the smooth running of accounting processes.
• Contribute to the ongoing monitoring and administration of the firm's real estate structures.

• You have previous experience in accounting, ideally within a Luxembourg-based company, fiduciary, or investment structure.
• You speak German fluently. Knowledge of English or French would be an advantage.
• You have a good understanding of Luxembourg accounting practices and are comfortable handling accounting tasks independently.
• Experience with real estate companies or investment structures would be considered an asset.
• You are organised, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to your work.
