We are currently supporting a law firm established in Luxembourg in its search for a Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer. The firm operates as part of an international structure and has developed its activity across several practices, including investment funds, corporate and tax. Teams collaborate regularly on files, depending on the needs of the clients and the nature of the matters.

The Luxembourg office is composed of a small team of partners and associates, working closely together on a daily basis. This organization allows for a clear understanding of how files are handled and facilitates direct exchanges within the team. Partners are involved in the files and remain available, which supports day-to-day communication and progression over time.

The working environment is based on respect, accessibility and consistency in the work delivered. The firm works with a stable client base, which allows lawyers to become familiar with the structures they handle and to build consistency in their work over time.

Your Responsibilities | Transactions – Law Firm – Avocats – Banking & Finance

• You will assist on Banking & Finance transactions, supporting the team on ongoing matters.
• You will contribute to the drafting and review of legal documentation, depending on the nature of each file.
• You will take part in legal research and preparation of internal or client documents.
• You will be involved in the follow-up of transactions and closings, alongside more senior lawyers.br>
  

Profile and Career Path | Transactions – Law Firm – Avocats – Banking & Finance

• You have at least 1 year of experience in Banking & Finance in  a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You hold a degree in business law, ideally with a focus on finance.
• You are fluent in English and French.
• You are interested in developing your skills across different types of financing matters.

• An annual gross salary that can reach up to €95 000, depending on your experience and level of autonomy.
