This prestigious asset management company in Luxembourg is currently recruiting their future Manager Corporate to join their skilled team of 15 people. As a Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Legal and participate in managing a team of 4 people.

Your Responsibilities | Manager Corporate – Corporate - Legal – ManCo – Real Estate

• In your daily responsibilities, you will take care care of the full corporate lifecycle of Real Estate funds from the incorporation up to the liquidation of the entities.
• You will be the main point of reference for your team of five employees should they have questions, are you are also responsible for coaching and training them so they can evolve in their level of autonomy.
• You will be in charge of reviewing the preparation and organization of board and shareholder meetings, reviewing statutory changes and filings and so on.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Manager Corporate – Corporate - Legal – ManCo – Real Estate

• You have acquired an experience of at least six years in the corporate-legal field in Luxembourg, ideally acquired in PFS, Management Company/Asset Manager in Luxembourg. You also have 2 year of experience or more in supervising/coaching a team.
• For this position, you should have a full fluency in English (read, spoken, written) to ensure an excellent communication with your team and other stakeholders.
• You have ideally obtained diplomas (e.g. a Bachelor’s degree or certificates) in Law.
• You are open-minded and a great team player, with a great sense of organization to make sure that deadlines are respected.

• Depending on your experience and technical level, our partner is willing to offer you an annual remuneration up to € 100 000, as well as a generous bonus up to €15.000 that is added to that.
