We are currently supporting one of our clients in the search for a German-speaking and autonomous Accountant. This fiduciary firm is expanding its activities in the Luxembourg market and is therefore looking to strengthen its team.

Its clients mainly consist of financial companies, although experience in managing commercial companies would also be highly valued.

This fiduciary is made up of around twenty employees and is known for its excellent working atmosphere. The team truly feels like a close family, thanks to strong relationships between colleagues and a management style that is both open-minded and attentive. You will have the opportunity to benefit from extensive training within the company, which may allow you to progress towards becoming a Certified Accountant, complete your A or B cycle, and ultimately develop the skills and expertise needed to become a partner in the firm, should you wish to pursue this path.

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Accounting – Luxembourg

• Act as key contact for a portfolio of Commercial Companies and investment clients, including PE/RE/Debt.
• Take responsibility (under management supervision) for the accounting of funds and SPVs.
• Prepare annual accounts and coordinate with auditors.
• Support VAT and corporate tax processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and further development of the Luxembourg practice.
  
  

Profil and Career Path | Fiduciary – Accounting – Luxembourg

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a comparable qualification.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in commercial companies’ accounting and/or PE/RE/Debt structures and accounting of SPVs in Luxembourg.
• Fluent in English and with good command of German; French would be an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of Lux GAAP; IFRS would be an advantage.
• Experience with PE/RE/Debt structures (SCS/SCSp, SOPARFI, SPVs) is considered a strong asset.

• You will receive a salary of up to 60,000€ gross per year in addition, you will receive a year-end bonus, allowing you to treat yourself during the festive season (Christmas, New Year’s)!
