Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate - PSF

• You handle the day to day legal/corporate life for a portfolio of SOPARFI mainly from the constitution to the liquidation/dissolution.
• You draft and review corporate documentation and agreements.
• You are responsible for handling communications with third parties (banks, auditors, administrations) as well as with your clients.
• You prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings and may be asked to assist.
• You will be the first point of contact for junior corporate officers and are happy to provide assistance when necessary.
• You will report directly to your manager who has more than 15 years of experience in the field.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate - PSF

• You have at least 2 and a half years of experience as a corporate/legal officer and would consider yourself to be quite autonomous in handling a portfolio.
• Fluency in German is mandatory as you will work on German-speaking clients as well. A professional level of English is necessary as you will be surrounded by people coming from all over the world and the vehicular language is English.
• You have a good understanding of the legal industry in Luxembourg and the applicable legislation.
• You are experienced on SOPARFI, and want to handle these type of clients for the future.
