Senior Corporate Officer – Great Atmosphere, Digitalized PFS

For a human-sized and very dynamic PFS, composed of around 30 people, located in the Cloche d’Or area, we are currently recruiting a Senior Corporate Officer.

The company assists financial companies (SOPARFI/Holdings, alternative investment funds) and has built an excellent reputation for itself on the market. Although they will certainly have a strong yet organic growth in the next few years, they will always keep their personalized service for each client as this is key for them. With this strategy, their employees feel satisfied professionally and the workload always remains very reasonable, which participates actively to the stability of the team. 

Indeed, departures in the team are very rare as the PFS truly respects several factors such as : offering a work/life balance that barely includes any overtime, the possibility to work on a part-time basis, technical growth and an interesting portfolio to feel stimulated professionally and a good atmosphere within the team.

This PFS is not the right one if you are looking for a strong career evolution as Manager in the short term, but it can provide you with an excellent work-life balance and many extra advantages. You will be working in a nice and luminous office, and you will also be able to enjoy working from home as the company allows employees to work from home one day per week. Furthermore, you will be offered lots of autonomy in your role and not be micro-managed, on the contrary, your manager will be very happy to offer you more and more autonomy and liberty as you grow in your function.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – Fiduciaire – PSF - PFS

• Your portfolio will be composed of Alternative Investment Fund clients for which you handle the day-to-day corporate-legal administration, from the incorporation to the liquidation/dissolution.
• You are in charge of the corporate follow-up of your clients which includes preparing board and shareholder meetings and drafting the minutes, opening bank accounts, approving the annual accounts and more.
• You are the key point of contact for clients and third parties such as lawyers, notaries, banks and Luxembourg authorities.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – Fiduciaire – PSF - PFS

• 4 years or more as a corporate officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS) in Luxembourg is required.
• Your strong language skills in both French and English allow you to maintain fluent contact with your clients.
• You have a personality that is quite open which will make it easier for you to adapt to a new team and to be welcomed by your colleagues.
• You have developed a good level of autonomy in your role, especially with Alternative Funds in Private Equity and Real Estate.
  
  

Offer | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – Fiduciaire – PSF - PFS

• In line with your years of experience but more particularly the autonomy you have acquired, your gross salary can go up to €75.000. In addition to this, you will have meal vouchers of €10,80 and an annual bonus.
• Join a PFS that is in full growth in Luxembourg and is a real competitor for some of the largest PFS in the country, in terms of prestigious client portfolio. This will offer you the chance to learn continuously and to be stimulated and challenged technically, while being able to count on your manager for help.
• The very limited staff turn-over will participate to the comfort and the stability that you will find in this PFS.
• Regular team events are organized to further reinforce the great team spirit in the team and to ensure that everyone is well integrated.
