We are currently conducting interviews to hire a Senior Associate specializing in Tax Advisory.  

Our partner a recently implanted International Law Firm is expanding the business and thus would like to welcome an additional team member to its tax department. You would be joining a partner and two other associates to work for international and local clients and advise these on taxation matters.

Located near the Luxembourg train station, the location of this Law Firm is optimal for people travelling from the Greater Region, Belgium or even Luxembourgish residents who take public transportation. Your Responsibilities | Tax Associate – Lawyer – Financial – Legal - Law Firm - Tax

• You supervise and initiate procedures and all other legal proceedings for the firm’s local and international clients in the context of Tax.
• You keep track of clients’ requests, prepare legal documentation and initiate legal actions on behalf of your clients.
• You counsel clients on the best possible set of actions in terms of Tax Compliance and strategies while prioritizing their business’s strategic requirements.
• You engage in legal and regulatory surveillance on a recurrent basis. The aim is to guarantee conformity and compliance of your clients in light of recent tax developments.
• You curate a strong relationship with your clients and engage in various business development strategies.

• You possess at least 3 years of cumulated experience within the Tax department of an international Law Firm or a Big Four based in Luxembourg.
• You master English and French at a professional level. Any other languages will be an advantage. The goal is to be able to communicate with global stakeholders in an efficient and effective way.
• You are open-minded and meticulous and enjoy working closely with international team members across the globe.
• You are highly self-motivated and are looking for a career challenge within a fast-growing law firm of the local landscape.
