Multilingual Customer Support & Technical Assistance Specialist – Digital Solutions

Responsibilities:
- Provide multilingual customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate case records in CRM systems.
- Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to service improvements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education a plus.
- Entry-level accepted (0–2 years experience).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Languages: English + 1 additional (French, German, or Spanish).
