Cloud Team Leader

ARHS Spikeseed (Advanced AWS and Gold Azure partner) is looking for an experienced Cloud Team Leader (m/f) to join and lead its MSP Team.

Essential skills and qualifications:

• Having a strong knowledge of major AWS or Azure services (compute, network & content delivery, security and storage)
• Being already experienced in leading small/mid-size team(s). Able to mentor and inspire a team of cloud professionals, foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, being proactive and initiative
• ITIL knowledge
• Ticketing tools experience
• Monitoring experience
• Being passionate about and proficient in automation
• Able to create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English is a must.
• As a bonus already having one of these certificates:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements, evaluate options, propose enhancements
• Responsible for the technical onboarding of the newcomers
• Establish priorities for ongoing tickets, maintenance, critical issues and ensure assignation to the team members
• Being responsible of post-incident analysis; follow-up on incidents and their root cause analysis
• Review technical estimations
• Coaching team members and ensure their technical capabilities to support the customers
• Support Cloud Engineers on complex tickets and provide technical solutions to resolve the issues
• Responsible for all major architectural decisions
• Responsible for the Definition of Done
• Responsible for executing Disaster Recovery & follow-ups
• Being in charge of documentation maintenance
• Monitor team productivity
• Responsible of continuous improvement of the monitoring
