Financial Accountant - Responsibilities :

• You will manage the end-to-end financial accounting for a portfolio of approximately 25 structures, including Private Equity Funds and SOPARFIs . This full immersion in the financial cycle allows you to master the accounting specificities of PE investments and become a technical reference for these vehicles.
• You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax advisors, to ensure the integrity of financial statements . By managing these high-level relationships, you sharpen your communication skills and build a robust professional network within the Luxembourg financial ecosystem.
• You will play a key role in providing support for internal and external audits and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records for each entity . This operational rigor guarantees data integrity, positioning you as a central pillar of the organization and a direct contributor to the firm's reputation.
• You will assist in the preparation of financial data for board meetings and shareholder assemblies for the AIFM and its funds . Exposure to these governance processes provides strategic insight into complex financial and legal setups, accelerating your professional growth.

Financial Accountant - Your profile:

• You bring at least 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting or a similar role within a fiduciary or PSF, giving you the technical foundation to hit the ground running.
• A degree in accounting or finance will help you navigate the complexities of Soparfi/holding structures (PE).
• Proficiency in English and French is essential for daily operations, while a knowledge of Italian is a significant asset that will allow you to integrate seamlessly with the group's Southern European focus.
