Funds Lawyer (3-7 years) - English / French

Introduction :

We are supporting a leading funds practice in Luxembourg, offering a Funds Lawyer position within a highly structured and internationally recognized environment. Responsibilities :

• Advise on structuring, formation, and lifecycle of investment funds (AIF, UCITS)
• Draft and review fund documentation and regulatory materials
• Work closely with asset managers, institutional investors, and service providers
• Collaborate directly with partners and counsels on complex cross-border fund structures

Profile :

• 3 to 7 years of experience in investment funds law in Luxembourg or an international firm
• Strong command of English and French
• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulations
