The Position :

• Advise leading international clients on the structuring, establishment and ongoing lifecycle of Luxembourg investment funds, across a broad range of fund strategies and structures.
• Handle sophisticated and high-value matters, including fund launches, restructurings, amendments, reorganisations and other complex transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of fund and transaction documentation, working closely with clients, investors, service providers and foreign counsel.
• Work on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters, benefiting from the firm's international platform and collaborating with leading lawyers across different jurisdictions and practice areas.
• Gain exposure to a broad and diverse portfolio of matters, allowing you to develop into a genuinely versatile Funds lawyer rather than being restricted to a single type of fund, client or transaction.

The Profile :

We are looking for a qualified Luxembourg lawyer with approximately 3 to 4 years of relevant Funds experience, ideally with exposure to a demanding international or top-tier environment.

You should bring:

• Luxembourg qualification List I, II or IV.
• Approximately 3-4 years of Luxembourg Funds experience.
• Excellent French and English.
• German is a strong advantage.
• A genuine appetite for technically challenging work, demanding clients and a high-performance environment.
