To support the development of our company, we are looking for a motivated:

Senior Payroll Officer (m/f)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the payroll process on a monthly basis, in collaboration with your manager;
• Ensure the accuracy of the salaries calculated and check the integrity of the calculation;
• Handle employees’ inquiries regarding payroll;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, follow-up on absences and illnesses, manage registration and declaration of employees at the competent authorities;
• Assist with employee benefits administration and provide general HR administrative support.

REQUIREMENTS

If…

• You have a BTS, DUT or a Bachelor's Degree;
• You have 3 to 6 years of experience in payroll in Luxembourg;
• You have good knowledge of salary calculation, labor law, social security and payroll tax;
• You have experience with using our software PayEase, it will be considered an asset;
• You are rigorous, have very good analytical skills and are comfortable with numbers;
• You have very good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit;
• You are autonomous, respective of deadlines and have a developed sense of customer service;
• You are fluent in French and English; German/Luxembourgish are assets;
