Senior Payroll - Your responsibilities :
- In charge of monthly payroll production for a varied customer portfolio.
- Responsible for managing the social secretariat.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll calculations.
- Keep employee files up to date, (tracking absences and illnesses).
- Respond to customer queries and requests concerning payroll and social regulations.
- Supervise junior payroll team members.
Senior Payroll - Your profile :
- Degree in Human Resources or payroll training.
- At least 3 years' experience in a payroll position, ideally in a fiduciary services company or equivalent in Luxembourg.
- Fluency in German and English required, French a plus.
- You have a solid understanding of payroll calculations, labor law, social security and social contributions.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a strong team player.
- You are autonomous, respect deadlines and have a keen sense of customer service.
Senior Payroll - We offer :
