Assistant Manager Payroll - German - Flextime

Our client, a well-established fiduciary firm with over 15 years of presence in Luxembourg, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager Payroll to strengthen their team. This role offers the possibility of part-time work and a great working atmosphere.

AM Payroll - Your responsibilities:

• Manage portfolio processing for both international, private and local clients.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with the HR department to provide seamless payroll services.
• Participate in payroll-related projects and process improvements.

AM Payroll - Your profile:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a fiduciary, external in a payroll role.
• Fluent in German with a good command of French and/or English.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration or similar
• Strong team spirit and a commitment to long-term career development.
• Good knowledge of Luxembourgish law
