TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain documentation and communication material related to management career streams (e.g., leadership, project mgt., expert) and core streams (e.g., technical, office, operations) and the related requirements and assessment measures.
- Organize career events and prepare and distribute guidelines.
- Coordinate the coaching & mentoring processes by identifying development needs, selecting suitable coaches, coordinating and facilitating intake and closure sessions to ensure effective coaching outcomes.
- Manage the platform for behavioral assessments to identify employees' behavioural preferences and deliver coaching debriefs. Coordinate with external partners (e.g. assessment centres).
- Coordinate succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of capable leaders for critical positions.
- Coordinate communications related to annual talent review cycle.
- Administrate talent management systems, ensuring data accuracy, system effectiveness and employee support.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with Talent Management Services
- Experience with HCM suite (Oracle would be a plus)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (English, other languages is a plus)
- Detail orientation and accuracy
- Continuous improvement mindset
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full-time permanent position based in Luxembourg
- Flexibility working hours, in accordance with our Collective Work Agreement (CWA)
- Occasional travel may be required
