Our CFO Services team provides Finance departments of major organizations (Banks, Asset Managers, Corporates) with customised solutions around their strategy, financial models, methods & tools, processes & operations.
We are helping CFO and all Finance managers to leverage their strengths and develop their business in a scalable & sustainable manner.
This activity is growing rapidly; it offers many exciting opportunities to grow quickly a robust skill-set in Finance.
What will you do:
- Understanding how the decision-making process works by learning about optimizing accounting, closing, planning and budgeting, management reporting, etc.
- Developing your skills in a wide area of functions including the selection and deployment of Finance & Accounting management systems
- Performing rigorous research and analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities
- Assisting the team in designing and implementing Finance activities and Accounting standards
What about you:
- Master's degree level in Business Administration or Finance
- Have a past experience of at least 2/3 years in Finance organization: operational finance, closing, consolidation, controlling, reporting or external audit
- Demonstrate knowledge of Finance & Accounting principles
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as good communication skills
- Show strong command of PowerPoint (ability to illustrate complexity in a smart manner) and Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Be fluent in French and English, German would be considered an asset
