Experis is currently looking for a Proposal Manager (m/f/x) on behalf of one of its clients in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end response process for client tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and service proposals within the infrastructure, hosting, and managed operations domain
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Solution Architects, Finance, Legal teams, and external partners to ensure submission requirements are met
- Manage proposal planning activities, timelines, deliverables, and governance throughout the bidding lifecycle
- Support and facilitate bid qualification activities, including participation in go/no-go assessments and strategic decision-making
- Prepare, review, and finalize high-quality proposal documents that comply with customer specifications and submission deadlines
- Guide contributors in developing compelling and customer-focused content that clearly communicates value propositions
- Contribute directly to the drafting, consolidation, and refinement of commercial and operational proposal content
- Review technical and business inputs from various departments, improving readability, coherence, and compliance while preserving the intended message
- Respond to customer questions, clarification requests, and follow-up inquiries in a clear and professional manner
- Perform comprehensive quality reviews of all deliverables prior to submission
- Monitor bid outcomes, analyze success rates, and provide reporting to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain and organize proposal-related knowledge repositories, including reference materials, project credentials, resumes, case studies, visuals, and reusable content
- Lead contractual discussions with customers and oversee the administration of service agreements throughout their lifecycle
Your profile:
- You have proven experience managing complex bid and proposal processes within dynamic and multi-disciplinary environments
- You have a strong ability to coordinate proposal timelines, organize kick-off meetings, facilitate review sessions, and manage approval workflows
- You have demonstrated success in producing high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused submissions within challenging deadlines
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies
- You have strong negotiation and commercial management skills
- You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
- You have a proven track record of delivering successful client solutions and achieving business targets
- You are fluent in both French and English
