Our client, a public institution is looking for an Administrator - HR starting as soon as possible for 2 to 10 months (interim). The institution is located in Kirchberg.

Your Responsabilities


  • Contribute to administrative procedures for employees, students, visitors, and other internal or external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Head of Research Groups and Hiring Managers to initiate and monitor hiring requests
  • Coordinate with Financial Controllers to ensure budget availability
  • Monitor all fixed-term contracts and initiate contract extensions in collaboration with Hiring Managers
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide close support to business requests at SnT in collaboration with central departments
  • Understand and support the operational and business needs of the Research Groups
  • Reporting & Data Management
  • Document, maintain, and update data in relevant administrative systems
  • Ensure databases and dashboards are accurate and up to date
  • Contribute to internal reporting by preparing SnT reports
  • Provide ad hoc data and analysis when required
  • Participate in administrative and HR-related projects

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree required
  • English: Business fluent
  • French: Business fluent
  • Proven experience in an administrative role with HR exposure
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong team spirit and the ability to work autonomously
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and reliability
