The mission
Are you interested in working for a growing Luxembourg based life insurance provider?
The OneLife Company S.A., a privately-held company, provides services to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals. To support our growth, we hope to find the right candidate to join our Customer Services Department for a 6 months mission within the Collective Funds team.
The OneLife Company S.A. offers a unique range of specific life insurance policy products aimed at in particular Belgian, French, and Nordics markets. Our products allow clients to tailor their wealth exactly to their needs while at the same time giving access to a broad investment universe in Luxembourg
The open position is primarily focused on managing life insurance related tasks and associated client relationships. An in-depth understanding of people and the products is crucial to your success in the role as Customer Services Officer.
Main objectives of the role
- Service our clients & partners
- Build long lasting professional relationships
- Deliver exceptional service
- Daily policy administration, excellence in execution
- Gain advanced knowledge of life insurances & financial products
- In-house coorporation with: Compliance, Sales, Wealth Planning, Products, Investment Adminstration and Tax & Legal
Profile of our future teammate
- 1st experience in the banking/insurance industry is preferred but not a must
- A team player substantiated by excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in French, Dutch is a plus (and possibly English)
