Our client, a company specialized in the healthcare sector in Luxembourg, is actively seeking its Corporate Lawyer.
Your mission will be to:
- protect and defend the interests of the company during legal proceedings;
- Ensure legal compliance in commercial operations, advocating for the company's interests;
- Offer legal advice and resolve disputes for individuals and businesses;
- Draft legal documents and oversee associated procedures;
- Review and draft commercial contracts;
- Assist members of the management committee in various operations, including commercial and social matters.
You are the ideal candidate if you possess :
- a Bachelor's degree or higher in law;
- an extensive expertise in various legal areas (including corporate, commercial, labor, and trademark law) specifically in healthcare within Luxembourg;
- strong writing, analytical and organizational skills, enabling independent work and thriving under pressure;
- fluency in both French and English.
