Senior Depositary Officer

Your role

• Perform oversight duties for UCITS and alternative investment fund (AIF);
• Support implementation and automation in our depositary bank tools
• Work with internal & external parties to resolve queries, escalate issues and handle audit requests
• Keep up-to-date with related business, technical and regulatory developments.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Depositary Bank Oversight Team of UBS Europe SE, Luxembourg Branch. We are responsible for all regulatory controls under UCITS V and AIFMD. We are a very divers and dynamic team that applies a high degree of collaboration within the daily work life. Your expertise

• Good knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to funds and depositary duties
• University or professional degree Business, Economics, Finance or Law
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in the fund industry; experience in a depositary service, fund management or audit firm will be considered as an asset
• Experience with complex fund structures
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Any other languages would be considered as an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and organization skills
