Your mission: Our team acts as support for the PwC Luxembourg accounting and tax compliance practice. We are in charge of bookkeeping, preparation of annual accounts, preparation of tax returns and other regulatory reporting. Our focus is the operational expertise in the production process in order to continuously improve our efficiency and quality.

We are working on a broad range of economic sectors: operational companies, private equity and real estate structures, mutual funds, local small and medium size entrepreneurs.

Be a part of our team where you will: 

• Be responsible of around 4 to 5 accountants that you will manage and coach, supervising the work allocation and the workload within your team and being in charge of the first level of quality control
• Be involved yourself in the production when it’s becoming more complex
• Report for the production prepared by you and your team to the team leader 
• Act to improve the performance of your team, be in charge of solving day to day problems, identifying the needs and the areas of improvement of your team and the production process
• Escalate any issue to the team leader and assist her/him in proposing concrete actions

Let’s talk about you. If …

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience including 1 year as a team coordinator (accounting/tax firm or fiduciaire);
• You hold a Bachelor degree (or assimilated) in accounting and/or tax;
• You have a deep knowledge of the tax/accounting Luxembourg practice and technical fundamentals;
• You are autonomous, rigorous, organised and problem solving oriented;
• You have effective communication skills and you demonstrate a professional behaviour;
• You have a great team spirit, you are leading by example and have a positive impact on your team;
• You are proficient in French and English, our two main working languages. Knowledge of German is a strong asset; 
• You have effective knowledge of an accounting too (ex: Bob50, SAP, Yardi) and Microsoft Excel.
