Assistant Accountant (m/f/d)
Our Finance Department is growing and is looking for motivated candidates to join a fast-moving, inspiring and innovative company.As an Assistant Accountant (m/f/d), you will:
- Perform various accounting tasks: entering supplier invoices, issuing client invoices, inputting various transactions, inputting movements of funds, recording cash transactions, etc.;
- Perform various administrative tasks: filing, updating databases, sending documents, etc.;
- Be an adaptable contact person in order to deal with and provide guidance for various internal and external requests;
- Identify aspects of daily procedures that can be improved;
- Take part in the development of new tools to optimise existing procedures.
Your profile :
- You have completed secondary school education, with a focus on accounting;
- You have already held a similar role in this line of work;
- You are perfectly familiar with basic IT tools (Excel, Word) and prepared to learn how to use new software (SAP);
- Fluent in French and a good command of English, both spoken and written;
- You are disciplined, meticulous and organised;
- You have a way with numbers and are able to objectively analyse facts.
