Your mission: As our future Receptionist, the company’s first impression will be made through you. You will guarantee an exceptional welcoming experience to our visitors. Dynamic and organized, you will be responsible for the correct setup of our meeting rooms throughout the day. With your catering experience we rely on your critical analysis of client’s catering and managing of the wine cellar.  


Be a part of our team where you will: 

  • Welcome and take care of our visitors, as well as answering reception phone; 
  • Set up and prepare our meeting rooms and event spaces, pre and post meetings / events; 
  • Manage PwC wine cellar under supervision of the management;
  • Catering quality control in collaboration with the management and provider on-site;
  • Take charge of various administrative tasks, such as allocation and reservation of our spaces, creation of orders;
  • Master video conferencing tools, verify and set up audio/visual equipment;
  • Answer incoming calls and manage internal and external calls via the call center of the firm.


Let’s talk about you. If you are/have

  • You have a degree from a hospitality management school;
  • You are customer oriented and have a professional attitude and appearance;
  • You are flexible and autonomous; some daytime events may require attendance from 6 a.m. and evening events may last until midnight;
  • You have good communication skills and ensure that information is relayed correctly, you are detail oriented;
  • You have good computer skills (Microsoft).
