Your mission, if you accept it: As an IT Services Administrator in the Service Delivery team, you intervene in the maintenance of our IT landscape, and you provide technical assistance to IT Teams. You perform configurations and monitor the performance in accordance with OLAs.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to understand interactions and technical aspects around some components such as: Application Servers, Databases, Network and System. You should also understand and be familiar with basic Cloud concepts to manage those kinds of services.

- Analyze information, diagnose symptoms, and resolve incidents through events generated by our monitoring tools
- Proactive management of all our IT services
- Comply with OLAs defined by the Service Delivery Manager and contribute to elevate customer satisfaction
- Be part of on-call duty planning
Let’s talk about you. If you are/have
- Bachelor's degree (DUT or Graduate)
- Basic knowledge of System & Network concepts
- Team player with a strong problem-solving attitude
- You are proficient in French and English, which are widely used within the firm
- ITIL basic knowledge
- Cloud technology knowledge is considered as an advantage
Your technical skills
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Web server management: Knowledge of web servers like Apache, IIS. This includes configuring, managing, and troubleshooting server settings
- Server Operating Systems: Familiarity with different server operating systems like Windows Server and Linux
- Troubleshooting and debugging: Skills in diagnosing and resolving website and server issues, including error messages, broken links, and other technical problems.
- Knowledge of Splunk is considered as a differentiator
