A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Computer Operations team provides customer, Information Technology data centre, and application support to ensure end to end quality of our Information Technology operations. As part of our team, you’ll help enhance our operations quality, work across all Information Technology operational functions, and coordinate with service stakeholders to deliver high quality services.As a PC Technician (m/f/d), you will:

• assist with issues relating to all hardware and software used at PwC (desktop PCs, laptops, VDI, printers, mobile phones, etc.);
• manage IT failures;
• take part in managing and distributing the firm’s IT equipment;
• take part in intermittent projects (e.g. changing PCs/iPhones for everyone at the firm);
• train and/or help employees to use the IT equipment available to them;
• take part in the daily management of the hardware and software inventory.

Your profile

• You have a degree or diploma in IT;
• Ideally, you have a year’s experience working in a similar role;
• You are familiar with the Windows, macOS and iOS environments;
• You are familiar with the use of the Office 365 suite (mainly the use of Excel);
• You are familiar with working with SCCM (Windows image and application package deployment);
• You are familiar with the use of ticketing tools to manage Service Requests, tasks, incidents and manage hardware inventory;
• You are meticulous, curious, approachable and a good listener;
• You are proficient in French and English, which are widely used within our firm;
• You demonstrate good communication skills and are comfortable with teamwork.
