Training Specialist (m/f/d)

Our Human Resources department is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work

in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Within the HR department, your will join the Learning and Development team.

As a HR Training Specialist (m/f/d), you will:

● Support the development of the learning strategy by :

• Keeping track on the L&D latest trends,
• Benchmarking initiatives within the PwC Network or other international groups,
• Integrating the requirements of our network or local law.

● Analyze training needs by liaising with the key stakeholders;

● Participate in the definition/review of training plans and ensure its qualitative implementation;

● Participate in the organization of the training events :

• Management of facilitators, targets, schedules, evaluations,
• Coordination with the team in charge of the logistical aspects.

● Assist the Development team in the training plans’ deployment: implementation and monitoring of training courses, monitoring of attendances, preparation of reports, communications, etc;

● Respond quickly and effectively to internal customer queries;

● Deal with PO in SAP;

● Develop and implement new learning solutions, user interfaces and formats through which our people access and consume learning (incl. blended, gamification, social learning etc.).

Your profile

● You hold a Degree with a relevant specialization (HR, business administration, etc.);

● You have a minimum of 2/3 years experience in the training field;

● You have experience in the design of training materials;

● You have an interest in the L&D trends and the new learning technologies;

● You have excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset);

● You are service-oriented and can develop a long-term partnership with all training stakeholders;

● You are open-minded, curious and proactive;

● Having knowledge in certain Learning Technology tools (Articulate, Vyond, etc.) will be an asset.
