TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct learning needs assessments in partnership with managers and Business Partners. Identify skills gaps and performance improvement opportunities to create targeted learning solutions.
- Design learning content, define and develop structured learning journeys for job roles and functions aligning learning content directly with the skills and competencies required for each role.
- Conduct supplier comparisons and liaise with external training vendors to source specialized training programs or resources.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal knowledge sharing and communities of practice to cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
- Implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, such as surveys, quizzes, and practical assessments.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Master degree in Adult Education or related
- Experience within an L&D role (course design and evaluation)
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Highly creative approach
- Sound business acumen
- Change management skills are considered a plus
- Developed analytical skills are considered a plus
- Experience with an Learning Management Systems (LMS) is considered a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full-time permanent position based in Luxembourg
- Flexibility working hours, in accordance with our Collective Work Agreement (CWA)
- Occasional travel may be required
