Are you a seasoned accountant with expertise in SPV, SOPARFI/Holdings or PE-RE? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment with a familial atmosphere? Our client, a leading PSF situated in the heart of Luxembourg, is seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting processes for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), SOPARFIs/Holdings or PE-RE.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting standards.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive financial initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Extensive experience in accounting, preferably within PSFs or financial institutions.
- In-depth knowledge of SPVs, SOPARFIs, and Holdings structures.
- Strong understanding of Luxembourgish accounting regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
