Responsibilities:

• Support the senior compliance manager/RC
• Provide guidance on compliance and regulatory matters
• Assist in policy drafting and training sessions
• Conduct risk assessments and compliance monitoring
• Generate reports and review transactions
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in law, business administration, or finance
• 2+ years of compliance experience in financial services/funds industry
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English (French is a plus)
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
