Our client is an independent PSF founded 15 years ago by two brothers, specializing in AIF funds, fund accounting, and tax compliance. The company was recently formed through a strategic merger, combining day-to-day fund management services with a dedicated consulting and advisory arm focused on fund structuring and setup.

Thanks to its excellent reputation on the market, the firm works selectively with high-quality and sophisticated clients, mainly in the Private Equity and AIF space.
Your Role
As Fund Accounting Manager, you will oversee the accounting activities of Private Equity and AIF structures, while acting as a key point of reference for both clients and internal teams.
- Oversee fund accounting operations for Private Equity and AIF structures
- Review and validate NAV calculations and financial statements
- Ensure accurate capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations
- Supervise portfolio valuations in coordination with external stakeholders
- Manage cash flow monitoring and fund-level reconciliations
- Act as main point of contact for PE clients, auditors, and third parties
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg GAAP / IFRS where applicable
- Participate in the onboarding of new funds and structures
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of fund accountants
- Review team deliverables and ensure quality and deadlines are met
- Support recruitment, training, and performance development
- Foster a collaborative and high-quality working environment
Your Profile
- 7-10 years of experience in Fund Accounting, with a strong focus on Private Equity
- Proven experience managing AIF structures
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on and pragmatic approach
- Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
