We are currently recruiting several Tax Lawyers (minimum 3 years' experience in Luxembourg) on behalf of one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the Luxembourg market.
This firm is recognized as a market leader, advising top-tier international clients on complex and high-value transactions. Due to continued growth within its Tax department, multiple mid-to-senior profiles are being sought.
Your Role :
As a Tax Lawyer, you will be involved in high-level advisory and transactional matters, working closely with corporate, banking, and investment funds teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advising domestic and international clients on Luxembourg tax law
Structuring cross-border transactions and investment platforms
Providing tax input on M&A, private equity and real estate transactions
Assisting with tax due diligence and risk analysis
Advising on fund structuring (AIFs, UCITS, PE, real estate)
Drafting tax memoranda and legal opinions
Interacting directly with clients, tax authorities, and other advisors
Depending on your seniority, you may also supervise junior associates and take an active role in client development.
Your Profile :
Luxembourg-qualified lawyer (or in the process of qualification)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Tax department in Luxembourg
Solid exposure to transactional tax, international tax, or fund tax
Fluent in English and French (German is considered a strong asset)
Strong analytical skills and business-oriented mindset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
