A leading Anglo-Saxon law firm with an extensive international network is seeking a Banking Lawyer for its Luxembourg office. This human-sized office provides close contact with partners and a collaborative environment, ideal for lawyers looking to combine technical expertise with client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Advise on banking transactions, financing structures, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate banking and finance documentation.
- Participate in client calls, meetings, and deal execution.
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU banking regulations.
Profile
- 2-6 years' experience in banking law within a law firm or corporate setting.
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills.
- Fluency in English; German is highly desirable.
- Client-focused, proactive, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
