Senior Internal Accountant – Stable Law Firm, 80K

We are looking for a Senior Internal Accountant who will work in full autonomy in a team of 5, for a well-established and international law firm in Luxembourg. Based in an easily accessible business district in Luxembourg, it will be easy to reach many shops and you will be able to have a lot of activities near your office.

The close collaboration with the Head of Finance and other accountants will ensure that you know what needs to be done in all time, and very well organized processes are put in place to ensure efficiency in your tasks.

Even if the firm continuously expands activities on a local and international level, you will evolve in a stable structure because you will have the opportunity to evolve in a human-sized team in modern offices. Furthermore, as Senior Internal Accountant, you will benefit from limited overtime but also flexibility as your working hours will be flexible, but you can also work from home on a regular basis.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Accountant – Accounting – Internal Accounting - Finance

• You are in charge of reconciling, and its follow up, of inter-company transactions of the group.
• You are responsible for accounts payable matters as well as all necessary journal entries.
• You are also responsible for financial reporting, either on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
• You will work closely with, and report to, the CFO in order to keep a smooth organization in the finance team.
• You will also participate in the preparation of monthly closings.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Accountant – Accounting – Internal Accounting - Finance

• You have 4 years of experience or more as an accountant in a commercial company, fiduciary, Big Four or PFS in Luxembourg. With your background, you will be able to be rapidly efficient in your new team.
• You are fluent in English and French, in order to communicate easily with your colleagues on a local level but also with team members in foreign offices.
• You have obtained a Bachelor or Master degree related to Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• You are serious and motivated, and eager to evolve as an internal accountant in the years to come.

• You will have the opportunity to have an attractive salary up to € 80.000 gross per year (depending on your experience).
