As an Experienced Lawyer specializing in Corporate/Corporate Finance, you will:
- Assist Luxembourg and international clients in various Corporate – Corporate Finance matters.
- Oversee tasks such as company formations, capital management, financial reporting, mergers, and liquidations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, organizing meetings and providing legal advice.
- Manage a team of associates/assistants, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct in-house and external training sessions and contribute to legal publications.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in law with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the above-mentioned practice areas in Luxembourg.
- Familiarity with new technologies.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to support clients in decision-making.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Luxembourgish, or German are advantageous.
