Business and Quality Manager


Your role


Are you up for a challenge and interested in acquiring a wide range of knowledge from our clients’ needs to our bank internal processes? You have a sharp eye for detail and professional communication towards internal and external recipients is a skill you master?


We’re looking for a colleague to:


  • be the main contact partner for advisors and clients regarding client complaints and client GDPR requests;
  • collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to obtain a full understanding and find effective solutions;
  • conduct an impartial investigation, critically reflect on the information obtained, and write a professional communication to the complainant, in line with regulations and internal policies;
  • support and advise client facing staff regarding the complaint resolution, with the aim to sustain and improve the client relationship;
  • ensure proper documentation and reporting of client complaints towards management and internal stakeholders;
  • initiate adequate mitigation actions;
  • drive improvement, challenge systems and processes to ensure best practices, and ensure qualitative services towards internal partners and clients.


Your team


You'll be working in the Operating Office in Luxembourg. We provide a vast range of services to ensure that the Operating Head performs effectively whilst being aligned with our strategic priorities. Our team is composed of a great variety of skills and personalities and is mandated to cope with a large variety of tasks. In this particular role, you will be working closely with experienced client service specialists and business managers to grow your path into the team and your career.


Your expertise


We are open to different types of profiles and experiences, from a junior profile to a more experienced person.


  • You are fluent in ENG and at ease with writing formal business correspondences; additional language skills such as FRE and other languages will be of asset.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the financial sector, and an advanced know-how of financial instruments and of banking procedures (in Wealth Management, Asset Servicing, Compliance or Legal) will be of asset.
  • You are self-managed, and willing to take on responsibility; you approach challenges with a “can-do” attitude.
  • You are organized and eager to handle many tasks simultaneously.
  • You are a quick learner with flexibility to adapt to changes and consistently produce high-quality results.
