Your Responsibilities
- Advising national and international clients on Banking & Finance transactions, including financings, capital markets, and loan agreements.
- Supporting M&A transactions and regulatory compliance issues in the finance sector.
- Collaborating with international teams to ensure seamless client support.
- Direct contact with clients and partners, allowing you to showcase your expertise and expand your professional network.
Your Profile
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Banking & Finance within an international law firm or financial institution.
- Fluent in German and English; French or other languages are a plus.
- Proactive, dynamic, and team-oriented personality with strong commercial acumen.
- Analytical, organized, and resilient, with an interest in international financial transactions.
- Motivated to develop professionally and take on responsibility quickly.
