With a small but highly specialized team, the company manages multiple complex infrastructure assets across the globe, including large-scale projects in transportation, energy, and other critical sectors. The Luxembourg office plays a central role in governance, compliance, and corporate services for the group.

What You'll Do :
- Support corporate governance and company secretarial functions across group entities.
- Coordinate Board and shareholder meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and draft minutes.
- Maintain statutory registers, filing, and documentation to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Assist in governance policies, process improvements, and internal reporting.
- Support cross-border transactions, including investments, divestments, and restructurings.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators.
Profile :
- 10+ years of relevant experience in governance, legal, or compliance functions, ideally within the fund or infrastructure investment sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, company law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experienced in managing Board and shareholder processes.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English; French, German, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus.
- Able to thrive in a complex, international, and multicultural environment.
