Introduction
Our client, a leading international law firm with a long-established presence in Luxembourg, is looking to reinforce its Corporate practice with an experienced Lawyer (6-10 years' PQE). You will join a high-performing team advising an international client base on complex cross-border transactions, within a firm known for its collaborative culture, global reach, and strong investment in professional development.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance, and transactional documentation.
Draft, review and negotiate corporate agreements, resolutions, share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and other transactional instruments.
Manage transactions from A to Z, coordinating with internal teams, foreign offices, and external stakeholders.
Provide strategic guidance to international clients ranging from multinational groups to major financial institutions.
Supervise junior associates and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts through market insights and proactive advice.
Profile
Qualified Lawyer with 6 to 10 years of experience in corporate law, ideally gained within an international law firm or reputable business law practice.
Strong background in cross-border transactions, corporate structuring, and transactional work.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); French or any additional language is a strong asset.
Ability to manage sophisticated files autonomously while working collaboratively within a multicultural team.
Rigorous, client-oriented, and able to deal with high-level international stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
