What You'll Do :
Advise on UCITS, AIFs, and private funds structuring, management, and regulatory compliance
Draft and negotiate fund documentation, prospectuses, offering memoranda, and service agreements
Support cross-border transactions with high-profile international clients
Collaborate with colleagues in highly collegial environments where knowledge sharing is valued
Build and maintain strong client relationships (for senior and partner levels)
Profile :
Qualified lawyer with experience in funds law, ideally Luxembourg or international context
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for UCITS, AIFs, and other fund structures
Experience levels: Mid (3-6 years), Senior (6+ years), Partner (client portfolio & team leadership)
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Fluent in English; French or German is a plus
