We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join a boutique law firm in Luxembourg, renowned for the quality of its work and its prestigious international client network. The firm serves local and international clients, including funds, multinational companies, and family offices, combining top-tier technical expertise with a human, collaborative environment, where partner proximity and work-life balance are central.
Key Responsibilities :
Support lawyers on corporate, M&A, and financial transactions
Prepare, draft, and review legal documents and transactional materials
Manage administrative and organizational aspects of client files
Collaborate closely with partners and legal teams to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain compliance with corporate procedures, registers, and regulatory obligations
Candidate Profile :
4 to 5 years of experience in a law firm, with a stable track record
Fluent in French, English, and German
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous
Curious and motivated to work in a demanding, international environment
