They are currently seeking a Legal Counsel (German Speaker) for a 2-year mission.

Responsibilities :
As a key member of the legal team, you will provide guidance across a variety of areas:
Corporate & Commercial Law: Advise on corporate matters, contracts, joint ventures, and other commercial arrangements.
Transaction Support: Assist with acquisitions, disposals, financing structures, and group-wide projects.
Corporate Governance: Maintain corporate registers, ensure compliance with statutory obligations, and support internal audits.
Executive Support: Prepare board and committee materials, draft minutes, and support decision-making processes at senior management level.
Real Estate & Construction Projects: Provide legal input on contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance across European projects.
Profile :
Academic Background: Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist:in) with strong academic credentials.
Professional Experience: Previous experience in corporate law, real estate, or construction law is an asset.
Languages: Native-level German and fluent English are mandatory. Knowledge of French is a plus.
Skills & Mindset: You are responsible, proactive, and thrive in multidisciplinary teams. You enjoy solving complex legal and business challenges.
