Your role
- For the investment funds and asset management sector you will advise the local and international clients with formation, marketing, restructuring, and regulatory matters
- you will collaborate with the investment funds partners and Lawyers, advising on AIF, UCITS, and diversified funds
- You will coordinate the procedures and perform the regulatory filings with the CSSF
- Draft review and negotiate all types of documents and perform the due diligence and funds reviews
Your profile
- You have experience in a similar position of three years in an investment funds department or a law firm based in Luxembourg
- You are graduate in a law University knowledge of Luxembourg law is an asset, having admission to the Luxembourg bar or European bar will be an advantage
- You perform perfect commands in English and French, another language is this considered as an asset
- You know Luxembourg Fund regulation, European financial market regulations also in the infrastructure, real estate, and in-debt funds
